1. Services

I provide offers for live saxophone performances at events as well as private saxophone lessons.

2. Offers & Bookings

• All offers are non-binding until confirmed.
• Bookings become valid only after confirmation by email or phone.

3. Collaboration with DeinDJ

For certain events, I may collaborate with DeinDJ agency. If required, your contact details may be shared with them to arrange the event.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms and cancellation conditions will be communicated individually during the booking process.

5. Liability

I am not responsible for damages resulting from event circumstances beyond my control (e.g., technical problems at the venue, delays caused by third parties).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
